Subscription Types: Material Souq offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans.

  • Cancellation Eligibility: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, eligibility for refunds depends on the type of subscription and time of cancellation.
    • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions once payment has been processed.
    • Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for quarterly and annual subscriptions are available within the first 14 days of the subscription start date.

Refund Process:

  • Refund Amount: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be prorated based on the time elapsed in the subscription period.

  • Processing Timeline: Refund requests are processed within 10-14 business days after approval.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Leads:

  • Non-Refundable Purchases: Pay-per-lead purchases are generally non-refundable, as users gain immediate access to lead details upon purchase.
  • Refund Exceptions: A refund may be considered under specific conditions:
    • Invalid or Inaccurate Lead Information: If the lead contains incorrect or outdated contact information.
    • Duplicate Leads: If duplicate leads are purchased unintentionally, and reported within 5 days of purchase.

Refund Process for Eligible Pay-Per-Lead Purchases:

  • Request Procedure: To request a refund for an eligible lead, submit a request with lead details and the reason for the refund to [support@materialsouq.com].
  • Investigation and Processing: Material Souq will verify the lead issue and process refunds for approved cases within 10-14 business days.
  1. Value-Added Services Cancellations and Refunds

Material Souq offers several value-added services, including Procurement As A Service, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing As A Service.

Service-Specific Policies:

  • Cancellation: Value-added services may be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled service delivery.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for canceled services are only available if the cancellation is requested at least 7 days prior to service commencement.
  • Partial Completion: If a value-added service is partially completed at the time of cancellation, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed.

Refund Process for Value-Added Services:

  • Processing Timeline: Approved refund requests for value-added services will be processed within 14 business days.
